Sreenivas Bhat is the founder President & CEO of Apozeal Pharmaceuticals Inc. Sreenivas is a registered pharmacist in NJ and has over 30+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in small, mid-size & big Pharma companies. Sreenivas started Apozeal Pharma after 17 years at Celgene Corporation/Bristol Myers Squibb. Sreenivas developed the blockbuster drug product Revlimid in 2003 and helped Celgene launch Revlimid in December of 2005 ($12B/year), build its largest hematological franchise, first global commercial manufacturing facility in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, and Celgene's first R&D Labs in Summit, NJ. Sreenivas holds many drug product patents globally two for Otezla tablets sold by Bristol Myers Squibb to Amgen for $14B during the acquisition of Celgene. Sreenivas helped launch many blockbuster drugs for Celgene/BMS like Zeposia (Receptos acquisition), Pomalyst, Otezla, Idhifa, Abraxane, has worked on small & large molecule drugs such as Reblozyl, Sotatercept (Acceleron deal), ABI009, Zegerid, Niaspan ER both small & large molecules. Sreenivas has experience in MST & commercial operations for various dosage forms, involved in many of Celgene's M&A's worth $100M to $7.2B. He has developed & launched many generic HRT (ANDA) products for Duramed Pharmaceuticals/Barr Labs. Sreenivas obtained his MS in pharmacology, BS in Pharmacy from JSS College of Pharmacy, Dr. MGR Medical University, India.

Jeff Baisley is the Site Head of Apozeal Pharmaceuticals Inc. Jeff has 30+ years of pharmaceutical technical operations experience, including 10 years of Site Head responsibilities. Jeff has worked for large scale multi-national companies including Novartis, Schering-Plough, Teva and Sun, as well as small scale start-up and clinical supply organizations. He has been responsible for site P&L, overall compliance, and performance at multiple sites. His early career experience covers various direct and leadership positions in manufacturing and packaging of OSD drug products, engineering & technical services, and validation. He has also managed new plant construction and facility upgrade projects. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Nyack College, NY.

Kiran Kumar Gande has over 22 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance areas. Kiran has worked in Generic, OTC, Biotechnology and Dietary Supplement companies.

Gande’s career spans leading pharmaceutical companies like AstraZeneca, Dr. Reddy’s, Aurobindo Pharma, Leading Pharma, Appco Pharma and Silarx Pharma where he has progressed from Executive to Vice President level. Regulatory experience encompassing various dosages like solid orals, liquid orals, parenterals (Overall 65+ ANDAs), Gande is instrumental in leading successful US FDA Audits (cGMP, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance Audits). In addition to his professional and academic accomplishments, he has published five research papers, including in the Indian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Journal of Current Pharma Research.

Gande holds bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Bangalore University and master’s degree in pharmacy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and Sciences, Karnataka, India.
